The Highlander turnout rugs have freedom gussets, a 600 denier ripstop, waterproof and breathable outer, crossed surcingles, leg strap loops, removable fillet string and a generous tail flap.

It also has 2 buckle front fastenings.

This new style Shires Highlanger lightweight turnout rug also has the attachments to take the new Shires liner system so that you can upgrade the warmth using a 100g or 200g rug liner (sold separately).
