The Shires Loose Ring Brass Alloy Training Bits have a lozenge link, stainless steel rings and a brass alloy mouthpiece.
The Lozenge link encourages a softer contact, which makes this a milder bit for the young or sensitive horse. The Brass alloy is copper alloyed with a harder metal to produce warm, durable bits, which aid salivation and are more palatable than stainless steel.
The loose rings discourage leaning and allow more movement.
