Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your equestrian essentials to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivering within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivering within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Please be aware that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our premium equestrian products like a trusty mounting block. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Body Care products
  • Bit Accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Breathing and Airways equipment
  • Opened containers of Coat Shine or Calmers

Refund Process
