Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be in resalable condition (unused, undamaged, with original packaging)
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Body Care products (after opening)
  • Bit Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Breathing and Airways equipment
  • Opened containers of Coat Shine or Calmers

How to Return an Item

Refund Process
