The outer is made from a 1200 denier, rip-stop, polyester, breathable, 100% waterproof material.

The inner contains a 350g polyfill filling, 150g filling in neck and a nylon lining.

The JHL Heavyweight Combo Turnout Rug features fully adjustable double front buckles, hook and loop style fastening on chest, cross over surcingles with secure fit rubber stoppers and elastic inserts, twin buckle release mechanism on chest and elasticated leg straps. Pus an extra deep tail flap, taped seams, nylon/fleece across the shoulders, shoulder gussets and reflective piping.
