Equine America Uls Gard Pellets – All Sizes

Equine America Ulser Gard is a calcium based supplement containing neutralising alkaline agents to gently soothe and coat the stomach lining, making it ideal for the horse with a sensitive stomach, horses under stress or those on a high grain diet.

Key ingredients include calcium carbonate, liquorice, aloe vera, kaolin, iron oxide, apple pectin pulp, magnesium silicate, vitamin B5 and magnesium oxide.

Equine America Ulser Gard should also be fed during or after treatment with NSAIDS e.g. bute.

Ulser gard works in 4 ways:

1. Equine America Ulser Gard neutralises stomach acid with effective anti-acids
2. Equine America Ulser Gard soothes and coats the stomach lining
3. Equine America Ulser Gard heals any underlying ulcers
4. Equine America Ulser Gard firms droppings

Equine America Ulser Gard can be fed with the usual ration or can be mixed wth a small amount of water and fed as a paste (useful for scouring foals).

For a 500kg horse, feed 40g of Equine America Ulser Gard twice daily for 60 days and then 20g twice daily for maintenance.
