Cornucrescine Daily Hoof Barrier – 500ml

Cornucrescine Hoof Barrier by Carr & Day & Martin strengthens and supports hoof structure to improve health and shoe retention. Suitable for soft and crumbly hooves and very useful for hooves exposed to water regulary e.g. wlking through rivers. Advanced formulation creates a one way barrier to protect the hoof from excessive absorption of water and urine. Waterproofs the hoof, yet allows it to breathe naturally and moisture to be expelled.

This makes it really good for applying in the evening during the summer to prevent excess moisture absorption overnight and therefore reducing the rapid drying out caused by the sun. Contains anti-bacterial agents to guard against bacterial infection Ensure the hoof is clean and dry and free from oils and greases.

Apply with internal brush to the hoof wall below the coronet band, including the sole, frog and heel if desired, on a daily basis. Ideally, use before exposure to wet or muddy conditions. Dries in minutes, with a non-sticky, clear finish

500ml will last up to 4 weeks, when used daily
